Bhramari or Nasal Snoring is more difficult than the usual mouth snoring. In Bhramari, the lips are closed and vibrations of the soft palate are cause entirely by nasal airflow unlike the usual mouth snoring.

BHRAMARI PRANAYAMAFirst inhale deeply. One has to make a sound from the neck via the nose as if there is a humming of a black bee m performing this Pranayama. Then simulate the sound of humming through the neck.

BhramariSit on Padmasana or Siddhasana. Inhale rapidly through both nostrils making sound of Bhr amara, the bee, and exhale rapidly through both nostrils, making the humming sound. You can carry the process till the body is bathed in perspiration.
