Asana is most commonly practiced for body cleansing and keeping a good health. Mainly focused on breathing exercises, Asana keeps the body relaxed, improves blood circulation, and reduces back and shoulder pains.

Integral yoga is a very important school of yoga that ensures all round personality and health development by concentrating on yoga positions, meditation, Pranayama techniques and body cleansing methods.
