1. BRAHMAMUHURTA
Get up at 4 a.m. daily. This is Brahmamuhurta which is extremely favourable for Sadhana. Do all your morning spiritual Sadhana during this period from 4 a.m. to 6:30 or 7 a.m. Such Sadhana gives quick and maximum progress.

The great yogis recommend we practice during Brahmamuhurta, or the hours between 4 and 6 am.

just before the time of brahmamuhurta, the hour of creation when the world is awakening with the first invisible rays of the sun.

Wet dreams generally occur in the last quarter of the night. Those who are in the habit of getting up from bed between 3 and 4 a.m. (Brahmamuhurta) and doing Japa, Pranayama and Dhyana, can never fall a victim to nocturnal pollutions.

Memory, endur­ance, thinking power, mental power, remembering power, concentration, meditation - all these require a habit of rising early in the morning in Brahmamuhurta. Take some little exercise, perform Asanas, Pranayama and Suryanamaskara.

BRAHMAMUHURTA: Period from 4 a.m. to 6 a.m.
BRAHMAN: The Absolute Reality; God.
BRIHADARANYAKA: Name of an Upanishad.
BUDDHA: One who is totally purified from all defilements and who has realized all that can be known.
BUDDHI: Intellect.
