Makarasana (the crocodile pose). Lie flat on the stomach. Raise the head and shoulders and rest the head in the palms of the hands with the elbows on the ground. Relax the whole body and close the eyes. Breathing is natural and rhythmic.

Relaxing asanas - Shavasana (corpse pose) and Makarasana (crocodile pose) are relaxing asanas, which give complete rest to body and mind.
