Makarasana (the crocodile pose).
Lie flat on the stomach. Raise the head and shoulders and rest the head in the palms of the hands with the elbows on the ground. Relax the whole body and close the eyes. Breathing is natural and rhythmic.

Makarāsana (Sanskrit: म-रासन) or Crocodile Pose is an asana.[1]

Relaxing asanas - Shavasana (corpse pose) and Makarasana (crocodile pose) are relaxing asanas, which give complete rest to body and mind.

Now come to the child's pose as a counter posture, or spread the legs a few feet apart, draw the folded arms under the shoulders, and rest the forehead on the forearms in the crocodile pose (Figure 6). Feel the freedom of the breath.
