Dhatu: One of seven divisions of the body, it correlates with the modern scientific concept of "tissue".
Dhi: The mind's ability to learn or acquire knowledge.
Dhriti: The mind's ability to process and store what it has learned.

1. Dhatuvaadi guru - who ensures liberation by making the disciple practise sadhana, observances and so forth.

The seven dhatus are created by conversion of one another. From rasa to virya, all dhatus are created from .. Hence, they get stronger day by day.

It removes all the evils arising in the body and the Dhatus and cures Jalodara (dropsy of the belly or ascites). It removes phlegm in the throat, Asthma, consumption and all sorts of pulmonary diseases are cured.

One of my favorite herbs for rejuvenation is Shatavari, as it continues to cleanse vata from the rasa/rakta dhatu's, and rejuvenates the rasa/rakta dhatu as well, Also, Shatavari is excellent for dual doshas such as vata/pitta.

"Dahyante dhamayamananam, dhatunam hi yatha malaha,
tatha indriyanam dahyante, doshaha pranasga nigra hat." ...

It purifies the body and increases the gastric fire. It removes all the evils arising in the Nadis, Jalodara or dropsy, that is water in the belly, and Dhatus. The name for this Kumbhaka is Ujjayi. It can be practised even when walking or standing.

The practice of Mula Bandha enables one to keep up perfect Brahmacharya, gives Dhatu-Pushti (nerve-vigour), relieves constipation and increases Jatharagni.

This removes phlegm from the throat and stimulates the (digestive) fire.
This pranayama, called ujjayi, can be done while moving, standing, sitting, or walking. It removes dropsy and disorders of the nadis and dhatu.
