Gandhari, Hastajihva, Kuhu, Sarasvati, Pusha, Sankhini, Payasvini, Varuni, Alambusha, Vishvodhara, Yasasvini, etc., are some other important Nadis. These have their origin in Kanda.

The apsaras, gandharvas, the Kinnars and other celestial beings danced to express their rapture which took them to higher planes of bliss.

In the Ayurvedic form of treatment one medicine named Sarpagandha is prescribed for its effects on reduction of blood pressure.

Sarva-karma sarva-kamah sarva-gandhah, sarva-rasah, sarvam idam abhyatto'vakyanadarah, easa ma atmantar- hrdaye etad-brahma, etam itah pretyabhisambhavitasmi iti yasya syat addha na vicikitsasti iti ha smaha sandilyah, sandilyah.

Gandhari had mastered trataka. Ramana Maharshi also practised trataka. Many sadhus in the mountains have practised this sadhana. Trataka shows us that the eyes are the instruments by which the mind and the soul are reached.

The remaining of the 14 principal nadis are Gandhari, Hastajihva, Yashasvini, Pusha, Alambusha, Kuhu, Shankini, Sarasvati, Payasvini, Varuni, Vishvodara.

Rudras, Adityas, Vasus, Saadhyas, Vishwedevas, Ashvins, Maruts, Ushmapas, Gandharvas, Yakshas, Asuras, and Siddhas; they all amazingly gaze at You. (11.22) ...

Ida, Pingala, Sushumna, Gandhari, Hastijihva, Pusa, Yusasvini, Alambusa, Kuhuh and Sankhini are said to be the ten important Nadis. The Yogis should have a knowledge of the Nadis and the Chakras.
