Ishwara pranidhana
Ishwara pranidhana, or complete self-surrender to God, is the last and one of the hardest niyamas.

The concept of Brahman in Visishtadvaita is explained as an inseparable triad of Ishwara-Chit-Achit. Ishvara, the Supreme Self (Paramatman) is the indwelling spirit (Antaryami) in all.

While creation "HE" the Ishwara is "AKARMI". All Balutedars (Artisians like carpenter, Kumbhar etc) are borned karmi. They do their nominated duties. And so these are "VIHIT" karmas. Taking breath, taking food for life are also of same type.

In yogic terms, abandoning the rewards is an aspect of ishwara pranidhana. Surprisingly, when we care less about the outcomes of our labor, then the outcomes take care of themselves. We lose nothing by being less concerned for results.
