Of all the Yoga poses or Asanas, Janu Shirshasana is one of the most important. Janu Shirshasana helps in stretching and opens back and hamstrings and improves flexibility of the body.

 


Janu Shirshasana I
From a sitting position with your legs extended, bring the sole of one foot to the inside of the other thigh.
1 - Press you sitz bones downward.

Head to Knee -- Janu Shirshasana Stretches and opens back and hamstrings, improves flexibility Sit on the floor with legs extended in front of you. Bend one leg, bringing the heel of the foot as close to the groin as possible.
