Moha: bewilderment. An illusion of power in controlling and enjoying. Follows anger. Consists of misconception, misattribution (wrong attribution); leads to a confusion of memory and the fall of intelligence.

When there is an ignorance that of a particular action being detrimental to health, then the committing of that act is due to moha. Of course, it does not mean that committing such thing due to ignorance does not have its own effects.
You cannot entirely eradicate moha or infatuated love and attachment for your family. When you fall sick you will be tempted to go in for their help and vise-versa.
