Stand with your feet parallel and shoulder-width apart, arms relaxed at your sides. Inhale and raise your arms up from the sides interlocking your fingers straight up over your head. Stretch up to the ceiling. Hold.

Half moon pose (ardha chandrasana)
Start in downward-facing dog pose (adho mukha svanasana). Step your right leg forward to a lunge position.
