Ojas ("vitality"): the subtle energy produced through practice, especially the discipline of chastity (brahmacharya) .

Parama: Higher; supreme.
Parinama: Transformation; modification; change.
Paroksha: Direct.
Phala: Fruits.
Pradhana: Chief.
Prajna: Consciousnes; discrimination.

OJAS: Spiritual energy.
OM: The sacred monosyllable which symbolizes Brahman.
OORDHVARETA: A Yogi who has stored up the seminal energy in the brain after sublimating the same into spiritual energy.

Ojas - a subtle gas or fluid (similar to semen, but found in both women and men) that, when released in the body, produces supersexual joy

The seminal energy is transmuted into spiritual energy, Ojas-Shakti. This is also called sex-sublimation. You will not have wet-dreams, Spermatorrhea.

With his consciousness resting in sahasrara, the pituitary, the guru can maintain and conserve hormones called retas, which can be converted into ojas, spiritual energy used to illumine the brain.

act of inhaling through the right nostril and exhaling through the left nostril, has a heating and stimulating affect on the body and mind. Thus this form of yogic breathing brings greater balance to kapha and its subtler mental counterpart, Ojas.

The ancient Brahmacharins had tremendous power, Ojas-Sakti. They were Agnimanavakas, fire-lads, glowing with Brahmavarchas, as the result of self-mastery.
