Purusharthas - four efforts which man must make in order to fulfill his individual existence: (i) artha (wealth), (ii) kama (love), (iii) dharma (duty), (iv) moksha (liberation) ...
The purusharthas of this age are definitely artha and kama, not dharma and moksha. Artha is financial security and kama is the fulfilment of desire. There is no harm in these purusharthas, they are needed for our lives.

Our culture regards the central aims of existence as the Arthas, or the Purusharthas, to be pursued by every human being.
That means the basics of all the four purusharthas is in health. If there is no health the purshartha cannot be achieved. All experience this. But even if all know and understand this, no one considers maintaining the health of the body.
