Udarakarshan asana (abdominal massage pose)
Assume a squatting pose, hands on the knees. Bend the left knee to the ground while turning the trunk as much as possible to the right. Keep the hands to the knees and look over the right shoulder.

The strength enhancing asanas like Vasisthasana (sage pose) also increase the heat of the body and are excellent as well. People of kapha nature can best handle strength poses as their joints and muscles tend to be strong and stable.
