Spread a fourfold blanket on the ground. Lie with your back on the ground in a face up position. Keep both the legs together, keep palms of both the hands on the ground. Now bend both the knees.

 


If you find it difficult to practice "Setubandhasana stretch" practice Setubandhasana breathing only.
