Yoga Shambhavi mudraShankaracharya

When that was all done, Shambhu (Shiva) emerged from the waters, lustrous with the thought of creation. Rut finding everything already created by Brahma, Shiva got very angry, and he opened his mouth and released a flame, which burnt everything.

The presiding deity, Paramasiva (Shambhu), is in the form of Hamsa. There is Goddess Hakini (Sakti}. Pranava xdvng (Om) is the Bijakshara for this Chakra. This is the seat of the mind.
