Yantra yoga is a form of Tibetan yoga which has its roots in the traditional Buddhism and is similar to both Chi Gung and Hatha yoga.
Lately I have been rereading Tibetan Yoga and Secret Doctrines, a series of Buddhist teachings translated by W.Y. Evans-Wentz. When I first read them, I had just begun my yoga practices, and the words struck my heart. I knew what they said was right.
