Many people go to Vaidyanath Dham in very inconvenient postures counting their steps and synchronising them with recitation of mantras. What does it result in? They are bestowed with the siddhi of patience. They get it without any effort.
The physical gross plexuses that are known to the Vaidya Shastra are Hepatic, Cervical, Brachial, Coccygeal, Lumbar, Sacral, Cardiac, Epigastric, Esophageal, Pharyngeal, Plumonary, Lingual, Prostatic, etc.
These Nadis are not those which are known to the Vaidya. The latter are gross physical nerves. But the former, here spoken of, are called Yoga-Nadis and are subtle channels (Vivaras) along which the Pranic currents flow.
