Astavakrasana (Eight-Angle Pose)
This pose is named in honor of Astavakra (literally, "eight curves"), a sage born, because of his father's curse, with deformed limbs, later made straight after bathing in the Samanga river.

This exercise is also useful to perform Parshva­Vakrasana, Vakrasana and Ardha-Matsyendrasana. By twisting the body on both right and left sides, fat collected on the lower side of abdomen decreases.

To reduce the fat on arms one can use some loosening practices such as shoulder rotation and elbow movements followed by Vakrasana, Ardhamatsyendr asanas, Tiger breathing, All these practices help in stretching, ...

This pose was named Vijroli Mudrasana on Mr. Sidersky's site, in Russian.
It could also be called Adho Mukha Garudasana, I suppose, and I've found it as Adho Mukha Vakrasana.
