Virasana is a good pose to rest in, especially after the standing poses.   Eventually this is a resting pose, not a stretching pose.

Supta Virasana (supine backward bend) is another exceptional asana for vata. To perform this asana, sit in Virasana. Move the legs out to the side of the pelvis so that the buttocks slide down in-between both legs.
