Vishuddha Chakra
Vishuddha Chakra is situated within the Sushumna Nadi at the base of the throat, Kantha-Mula Sthana. This corresponds to Janar Loka. It is the centre of Akasa Tattva (ether element). The Tattva is of pure blue colour.

Chakra 5: Vishuddha Chakra
The fifth Chakra, Vissudha (purification), is located at the throat. Its color is bright blue and its issues are communication, inspiration, expression, and faith.

Yet another aspect I mention is that the sound ahhhh starts in our chests at the heart center (Anahata Chakra), moves upward with the ooooo sound in the throat center (Vishuddha Chakra), and ends with the sound mmmmm.

When the mind gets highly purified, the meditation and devotion become intense and profound, the mind rises to Vishuddha Chakra or the centre in the throat and experiences more and more powers and bliss.

They are Muladhara Chakra at the base of the spine, Svadhishstana Chakra at the genitals, Manipura Chakra at the navel, Anahata Chakra at the heart, Vishuddha Chakra at the throat, Ajna Chakra the forehead, ...

Encourages deep abdominal breathing and helps to relieve gas and constipation, and stimulates digestion.
Opens up the shoulders.
Stimulates the vishuddha chakra (throat center).
Reduces lethargy, mental sluggishness and laziness.

Vishuddha Chakra: The fifth chakra, also called the Mercury Chakra or Throat Chakra is located at the throat. It is the center concerned with how we communicate and express ourselves in the world.
