Te vyakta-sukshmah gunatmanah. Te = they (properties, dharma); vyakta = manifest; sukshma = subtle, Unmanifest, dormant; gunatmanah = of the nature of Gunas.
vyakta manifest. vyakulata excited passionate eagerness; the heart's eagerness for the attainment of the Divine.
The Vedanta philosophy was expounded by Shankaracharya and he asked his disciples to preach it. It says the whole universe, seen and unseen, vyakta and avyakta, manifest and unmanifest, is one, not two.
